EVAPORATOR FOR MULTIPLEX USE TYPE WATER PRODUCING DEVICES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive evaporator for a multiplex use type water producing device which is capable of uniformly supplying brine to an evaporator heat transfer pipe. SOLUTION: The evaporator for the multiplex use type water producing device is provided with a heat transfer pipe group 11 consisting of a heat transfer pipe arrays 21 arranged multi-stagedly and a supply device 12 to quantitatively supply the brine to the heat transfer pipe group 11 from the upper part in unit time. The heat transfer pipe arrays 21 in each stage is constituted from a plurality of parallel horizontal heat transfer pipes 31. One heat transfer pipe 31 is located at the lower part between two transfer pipes 31 so that the gap C1 under a brine stream is formed respectively between the two heat transfer pipes 31 neighboring the heat transfer pipe arrays 21 of the uppermost stage and the one heat transfer pipe 31 of the heat transfer pipe arrays 21 of one lower stage from the uppermost stage. The dimension of the gap C1 under the brine stream is set so that a brine reservoir 41 is formed in the upper part of the gap C1 under the brine stream. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
