SOLUTION: In the portable bathing apparatus equipped with a bathtub body A comprising a main body part A1of the bathtub and a bathtub opening and closing part A2, a sealing structure is achieved by a steeply slanting surface provided on a main body joint surface part 5 of the main body part A1whose lower end protrudes outward, a packing material 9 mounted on the part 5, a drain outlet 6 formed to be located outside and below the packing material 9, and a drain 7 which guides the water to the drain outlet 6 and is formed on the peripheral side of the packing material 9.
