SOLUTION: In the automatic skin-peeling apparatus, an onion is put in an inverted state on a supporting panel moved at a low speed in a definite direction and when the onion reaches a prescribed position, a root core part and a sprout core part of the onion are simultaneously removed and when the onion reaches the following stage, a plurality of slits are formed in the onion skin.
