Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a beverage by which generation of lees is prevented even when mixture liquid including at least either of malted rice or sake lees, and at least either of milk or a dairy product is heat-treated. SOLUTION: The method for producing a beverage comprises preparing mixture liquid including at least either of malted rice or sake lees, and at least either milk or a dairy product, adjusting the mixture liquid to ≥pH 7 and heating the mixture liquid.
