CONDUCTIVE FILM, CONDUCTIVE COATING, AND THEIR FORMING AND PRODUCING METHODS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film, a conductive coating, and their forming and producing methods capable of carrying out coating by screen printing or the like and freely adjusting kinds and volumes of synthetic resin and conductive particles. SOLUTION: The conductive coating 60 coated on the surface 2a of a substrate 2 by screen printing or the like is a gelatinous colloidal dispersion liquid containing an organic solvent 40 and smectite 30. In this gel structure, conductive particles 20 and a granular synthetic resin material 10a insoluble into the solvent are dispersed, and the conductive particles are retained in the gel structure without being sedimented. When the organic solvent 40 is heated and dried to be vaporized after the coating, and further heated, the synthetic resin material 10a is dissolved and solidified to obtain the conductive film with the conductive particles 20 uniformly dispersed in the synthetic resin.
