PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a loan request terminal for enabling loan settlement including the borrowing, loan and payment of electronic money between individuals; a loan acceptance terminal; a loan settlement system; a loan request method; a loan acceptance method; and a loan settlement method. SOLUTION: A loan request terminal 1 includes: a generation part 101 for generating borrowing information AI relative to electronic money which can be borrowed from a loan acceptance terminal 2; a transmission part 102 for transmitting borrowing information AI generated by the generation part 101 to the loan acceptance terminal 2; a borrowing part 103 for receiving borrowing electronic money AM to be borrowed from the loan acceptance terminal 2 when the borrowing information AI is transmitted from the transmission part 102; a payment part 104 for transmitting payment electronic money CM to be paid to the loan acceptance terminal 2; and a reception part 105 for receiving the payment information CI relative to the completion of the payment of the payment electronic money CM from the loan acceptance terminal 2 when the payment electronic money CM is transmitted by the payment part 104.
