Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for forming colored pattern and a method of forming colored pattern by which a treatment time for applying colored pattern material onto a plurality of portions on a substrate and curing the material. SOLUTION: The colored pattern material is applied onto the plurality of portions on the substrate and cured to form a colored pattern. The apparatus for forming the colored pattern is provided with: an inkjet unit 24 of applying the colored pattern material onto a defect part of a color filter substrate 1; an infrared lamp 3 for thermal curing of performing local heating so as to cure the colored pattern material applied by the inkjet unit 24; a sliding base 21 of arbitrarily changing a two-dimensional relative position in a flat plane on a color filter substrate 1; and a curing lamp-moving device 4.
