Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the re-evaporation of drain water received by a drain pan and the generation of a smell in a room in performing refrigeration cycle operation which makes a use side heat exchanger function as an evaporator of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 1 is provided with a refrigerant circuit 10 formed by connecting a compressor 21 for compressing a refrigerant, a heat source side heat exchanger 23 capable of condensing the refrigerant discharged from the compressor 21, an expansion valve 24 capable of decompressing the refrigerant which is condensed by the heat source side heat exchanger 23, and the use side heat exchanger 41 capable of evaporating the refrigerant decompressed by the expansion valve 24 by exchanging heat with indoor air. In this case, re-evaporation prevention control for lowering an evaporation temperature Te of the refrigerant is performed when the evaporation temperature Te of the refrigerant is higher than a dew point temperature Tdew of the indoor air.
