Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a textile fiber treatment agent composition subject to no demulsification even if diluted with a large excess of water, improving the adsorption of a silicone compound as a component onto the surface of an object such as a textile product, and excellent in storage stability. SOLUTION: The textile fiber treatment agent composition comprises an oil-in-water type emulsified product that is obtained by emulsifying (A) a composition containing (b) a polyether-modified silicone with an HLB of greater than 0 but not greater than 7 with (a) a macromolecular compound having one or more groups selected from hydroxy, carboxylic acid, quaternary ammonium, amino and amido groups and composed of monomer constituent units (a1) each with the number of carbon atoms totaling 2-20 and other monomer constituent units (a2) each having a 8-22C hydrocarbon group in the molar ratio a1/a2=(100:30) to (1,000:1).
