SOLUTION: The powdery detergent composition for dishwashers contains (A) a water-soluble polymer compound having a monomer unit (a) containing one or more groups selected from amino group and quaternary ammonium group and (B) one or more carbonates selected from sodium carbonate and potassium carbonate, wherein the weight ratio of sodium carbonate/potassium carbonate is 0/100 to 90/10.
