ROTATION REGULATING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation regulating device, in which parts breakage or trouble caused by collision which may occur when the lock bar is inserted to a crest of a gear rotor as a subject to regulation is prevented while achieving compactness as a whole device. SOLUTION: In this rotation regulation device, the lock bar LB1 is slid to be inserted to the gear rotor 1 having crests 1a and troughs 1b alternately provided in the circumferential surface, so that the lock bar LB1 is engaged with the crest 1a of the rotor 1 to regulate rotation of the rotor 1. The crest 1a of the rotor 1 is composed to be recessed into the rotor 1 corresponding to pressure to a top surface, and restore to an original projecting state as the pressure is released. More specifically, the crest 1a of the rotor can be recessed into the rotor 1 as pressure is added outward of the rotor 1 by means of a spring mechanism formed of a plate spring S1.
