SOLUTION: In the reamer including a plurality of cutting blades 3 extending in the axial direction, the edges of the cutting blades 3 are inclined rather closer to the base end as they go inward to form a bottom blade 5, the side edges of the cutting blades 3 are gradually decreased in diameter as they go from the tip toward the base end to form a leading finishing blade 6, a tapered blade 7 increased in diameter as it goes toward the base end is connected to the leading finishing blade 6, and a trailing finishing blade 8 having a larger diameter than the tip diameter Φ1 of the leading finishing blade 6 and substantially parallel to axis is connected to the tapered blade 7.
