SOLUTION: The power generation control system controls power generation in a power supply network 11a in a specific region including a plurality of power generation means 1, 2 and a plurality of loading means 12, 13, 14 consuming electric power. In this case, the system is equipped with a monitoring means 30 for monitoring the power consumption amount in each loading means 12, 13, 14, a control means 40 for controlling a plurality of the power generation means 1, 2, and a power storage means 15, 4 storing electric power.
