Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein static electricity developed as an IC card is fed through a card reader may damage an IC chip or generate noise to cause abnormal data reading and recording, specifically, static electricity developed owing to friction between rubber rollers used for the feeding and the plastic card may reach and discharge at a voltage of several thousand volts to damage the IC chip. SOLUTION: An IC card having at least an optically variable device (OVD) on a substrate has a conductive layer formed as a part of layers constituting the optically variable device.
