Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a magnetic wheel for a conveyor capable of being used in an atmosphere in which water and chemicals exist. SOLUTION: A glass cover is formed on a surface using polysilazane capable of being glass-transited at a low temperature to a driven magnetic wheel and a drive magnetic wheel used for a rotation power transmission mechanism of the conveyor. Thereby, the surface of the magnetic wheel is completely covered while suppressing reduction in magnetic force by glass transition treatment to the minimum degree and the permeation of moisture and the chemicals into a magnet can be prevented.
