ROLLED MATERIAL CUTTER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled material cutter device capable of paying out a material rolled into a rolled shape such as a protective film, various kinds of cutting films, wall paper, a sheet for waterproof and moisture transmission waterproof paper and cutting the material into a prescribed size. SOLUTION: In a basic constitution of this rolled material cutter device, a hollow cylindrical bearing frames 6 are mounted to be rotatable in the longitudinal direction on both left and right side parts of a supporting plate 4 of a reverse L-shape in cross section mounted on a back face side of a base plate 1 having a L-shape in cross section to mount and fix a storing box 25 of a rolled material, a reversing roller arm shaft 7 is mounted to be vertically movable and fixable on the bearing frame 6, a reversing roller 9 is rotatably inserted into a top part of the reversing roller arm shaft 7, an integrating counter supporting arm 13 is mounted to be longitudinally movable and fixable in an upper part plate 4a of the supporting plate 4, and an integrating counter 22 mounted with a rotating roller 22a is rotatably disposed in the integrating counter supporting arm 13.
