Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a land price analysis system, method and program, capable of easily analyzing a current price of a spot included in a prescribed range having a certain degree of extent including a land price analysis target spot at low cost. SOLUTION: This land price analysis system has: a map display means 12 displaying a map; a land price information database 13 storing land price information in a plurality of spots included in the map; a land price analysis target range designation means 14 for designating the land price analysis target range having the prescribed extent including the spot that is a target of the land price analysis on the map; and a current price analysis means 16 calculating the current price of the spot included in the land price analysis target range by correcting the land price information of the spot included in the land price analysis target range designated by the land price analysis target range designation means 14 according to a prescribed correction criterion.
