BUSINESS SUPPORT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business support system capable of selling a commodity conclusively satisfying wishes of a person considering purchase by appropriately providing latest document according to taste of the person. SOLUTION: This business support system has: a control part 19 having a Web magazine application screen display means 35 displaying a mailing list registration screen in a document request screen, and an ML control part 43 registering the person considering purchase into a mailing list, and transmitting a Web magazine to the person through a mail server control part 33 transmitting a mail; and a database group DB provided with a document storage part 46 storing each piece of document information. The control part 19 is provided with a Web magazine creation part 37 attaching the document information different in each the mail fit for contents of a 'document request' and a 'questionnaire answer' of the document information stored in the document storage part 46 to the mail transmitted to the person having requested the document, and transmitting it together with a questionnaire entry page for entering the 'questionnaire answer'.
