Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve lubricity of an inner peripheral surface of a cam ring by stably staying and holding oil by uniformly distributing the oil to respective places of the inner peripheral surface of the cam ring by easily machining the inner peripheral surface of the cam ring. SOLUTION: This vane pump P slidingly contacts the outer end 12a of respective vanes 12 with a cam surface 8b of the cam ring 8 by rotation of a rotor 11 by fitting the vanes 12 to a plurality of respective grooves arranged in a plurality of positions in the peripheral direction of the rotor 11 by pointing in the radial direction by arranging the rotor 11 inside the cam ring 8.
