Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lock of an impeller in freezing starting and burning of a driving coil by the lock in a pump for sucking and delivering fluid by rotating the impeller by a motor. SOLUTION: This pump 1 sucks and delivers the fluid by rotating the impeller 7 by the motor having the driving coil 3 and a rotor 4, and thaws a freezing part by heating a heat conduction plate 6 and a peripheral metallic part by generating a magnetic field between the driving coil 3 and a thawing coil 5 by arranging the thawing coil 5 between the driving coil 3 and a pump inner wall surface.
