Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaporizer having a receptacle for holding a material to be vaporized. SOLUTION: The vaporizer allows an oil film to adhere to a specified area of a sheet to be coated. The sheet is coated with aluminum or zinc in the subsequent step. The deposition of aluminum or zinc does not occur on the area where the oil film is present. The oil can be allowed to exactly adhere to the sheet by being assisted by a rod valve.
