Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treating an asphalt waste fluid which can treat the asphalt waste fluid formed in the asphalt test without causing environmental contamination to promote the effective utilization of sources. SOLUTION: The method of treating an asphalt waste fluid comprises first mixing an asphalt fluid containing asphalt and an organic solvent for dissolving the asphalt, water, and a hydration reaction adjustor, further adding quick lime to this mixture, heating the asphalt waste fluid with the heat of hydration of the quick lime to volatile the above organic solvent while controlling the temperature to a temperature not higher than the ignition point of the asphalt, recovering the volatilized organic solvent and decomposing the asphalt, and using the residue containing asphalt decomposed products after removal of the organic solvent as a recycling material.
