Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation prevention processing which prevents from attaching drippage of dew condensation to a glass and a tank without losing outer aesthetic appearance and the transparency of the glass and the tank. SOLUTION: The dew condensation prevention processing comprises closely applying grooves having a very small width and depth in such a degree that a capillary phenomenon takes place to a surface of the material to be target of the dew condensation prevention.
