Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorination system for circulating water which can properly control impressed voltage etc. in an electrolytic cell while maintaining the concentration of chlorine in a reservoir part based on the concentration of chlorine returned from the reservoir part to the electrolytic cell, and can effectively reflect disturbance information, such as the number of users, having an influence on chlorine consumption to the contents of control. SOLUTION: The chlorination system for circulating water has a water passage 6 which is connected to the reservoir part 4 having a size enough to accommodate a plurality of persons at the same time, takes water from the reservoir part 4, and returns the water to the reservoir part 4 through the electrolytic cell 12 for adding chlorine for sterilization. The concentration of chlorine returned to the electrolytic cell is measured by a chlorine concentration meter 10 installed upstream of the electrolytic cell 12. A control part 14 which operates voltage or current impressed to the electrolytic cell 12 to control the concentration of chlorine in the reservoir part 4 within a range of target concentrations while suppressing the supply concentration of chlorine from the electrolytic cell 12 to the reservoir part 4 according to the return concentration of chlorine is installed.
