DESALTING PURIFICATION APPARATUS AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-saving, more specifically, a global warming countermeasure desalting purification apparatus which maintains a stable treatment capacity against seawater or a salt-containing solution, has a low equipment cost, require no large space, and has a low maintenance cost. SOLUTION: In a liquid purification device which comprises mainly wood strips or ceramics of microorganism carrier chips with living bacteria and carries out microbial treatment, a spiral electric heater for helping the activity of the bacteria, and an air supply port connected to an air supply device are installed. In a liquid purification device for carrying out chemical treatment, the chemical treatment is carried out by using a chemical from a chemical injector, and ceramic or a carbon material. The desalting purification apparatus has an automatic control panel for controlling a series of treatment processes combining the microbial treatment and chemical treatment.
