Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a sheet food having layers firmly bonded with each other while preventing the mixing of the layers to give a unified palatability by using a single baking procedure. SOLUTION: A fluid dough is cast into a baking mold and incompletely baked until the surface of the dough is solidified, when another kind of fluid dough is cast into the baking mold and incompletely baked.
