Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adaptive communication method applied for a universal mobile telecommunication system (UMTS). SOLUTION: A third layer module is provided and transmission resources are distributed. A second layer module is provided and a quality control is executed. A first layer module is provided and a signal transmission and reception are executed. The first layer module detects whether a support to a high-speed protocol is performed. When the first layer module supports the high-speed protocol, the high-speed protocol is used for a transmission.
