PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video controller installed at a janitor room and capable of monitoring an image photographed by a camera of an entrance intercom in a condominium. SOLUTION: A video controller 30 installed at a janitor room is connected between an entrance intercom 10 installed at a hallway in the condominium and a home information board installed at a dwelling unit, and provided with a demodulation circuit 34 for demodulating a modulated video signal formed by photographing with a camera 11 at the entrance intercom 10. When the video signal formed by photographing with a camera 11 at the entrance intercom 10 and modulated by a modulation circuit 12 is inputted into the video controller 30, the modulated video signal is demodulated by the demodulation circuit 34 arranged at the video controller 30. Thereby, a video image photographed by the camera 11 at the entrance intercom 10 can be checked, according to a monitor 40 attached through a joint 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
