Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for an image forming apparatus which stably maintains cleaning performance over a long term by stably restraining the friction of a cleaning blade, the end flange of a rotating body, an end sealing member and a scooping sheet or the like to be low over a long term, thereby improving the stability of the shape of material and preventing the increase of adhesion by contaminant resulting from contamination or deterioration by an ozone product. SOLUTION: A resin layer containing fluororesin cross-linked by irradiation of an electron beam under an inert gaseous atmosphere is formed at a spot where the cleaning device abuts on the photoreceptor drum.
