Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording layer for an optical information recording medium which is excellent in initial reflectance, the formability of a recording mark, etc., as a matter of course, and also extremely excellent in the durability in an environment of high temperature and high humidity and can be sufficiently applied to a next-generation optical disk for a bluish-purple laser. SOLUTION: On the recording layer for the optical information recording medium, the recording mark is formed by irradiation with laser light.
