Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed egg food which is innovative with respect to texture and taste. SOLUTION: This processed egg food 10 is characterized by plainly frying boiled egg with an oil. The processed egg food 10 is visually interesting, because the surface 11 of the processed egg food 10 has an appearance such as those of fried fish balls, and the cross section of the processed egg food 10 is that of boiled egg having albumen 12 and yolk 13. Since the surface 11 is fried, the fragrance gives the truly delicious processed egg food 10. The processed egg food 10 can be immersed in a seasoning solution to adjust the taste. The seasoning solution is desirably prepared by adding at least sugar, soy sauce, and Mirin (sweet sake for seasoning) to a soup stock and further adding sodium acetate to the mixture.
