Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional raw material containing a useful phospholipid composition, wherein useful phospholipid and functional substance work as active ingredients, and their synergic effect is effectively used to improve its physiological activity. SOLUTION: The functional raw material containing a useful phospholipid composition 1 contains a useful phospholipid composition containing omega-3 highly unsaturated fatty acid bonding phospholipid, and functional substance. The functional substance 3 can be included in liposome 2 comprising a useful phospholipid composition. The liposome is generated from the useful phospholipid in water while the functional substance is simultaneously added to obtain useful phospholipid liposome including the physiologically active ingredient of the functional substance to improve systemic absorption efficiency of the functional substance so that even a small amount of the substances results in exerting equal or superior physiological function.
