Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp for a vehicle with proper heat radiation efficiency, that can lower the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts, as well as reducing its mass. SOLUTION: The lamp for the vehicle is provided with a lamp unit 2 and a heat sink member 4. The lamp unit 2 is constituted of a semi-conductor type light source 14 as a light source, a projecting lens 15 for irradiating light from the semiconductor-type light source 14 in a specified direction and retaining members 10 and 11 retaining the projecting lens 15. The heat sink member 4 comprises an attachment surface 23, to which the semiconductor-type light source 14 and the retaining members 10 and 11 are attached directly; and heat radiating parts 24, which are provided in at least two directions, excluding the direction in which the projecting lens 15 is positioned among the six directions facing the attachment surface 23.
