Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce collision noise generated when electric elements and compression elements inside of a compressor are brought into contact with a sealed container, in a refrigerator having the compressor at an upper position with respect to a drawer-type door. SOLUTION: At least one of doors of a plurality of storage compartments defined in a refrigerator body 100 opened at its front face, is the drawer-type door, and a part of a contact portion with at least a heat insulating housing, of the drawer-type door, or a center of gravity of the drawer-type door is positioned at a lower part of the compressor 110. As the drawer-type door is provided with a buffering mechanism for reducing impact force in closing the door, the impact force in closing the door is reduced, and frequency of generation of collision noise by components inside of the compressor can be reduced.
