MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system which downloads sequentially between mobile stations not via a base station by making, as a starting point, a mobile station that has downloaded programs from the base station. SOLUTION: The mobile communication system includes a means for obtaining version information on a control program from a different mobile station, a means for checking whether a version of a control program of its own station is previous one or not, a means for demanding control program transmission to the different mobile station, a means for receiving the control program from the different mobile station to store the program in a storage, a means for transmitting version information on its own station to the different mobile station, and a means for transmitting the control program of its own station. Then, when having obtained the control program from the base station, the control program is transmitted in response to a demand from a different mobile station which has not yet obtained the control program. Further, when the control program has been obtained from the different mobile station, a modified program is transmitted in response to a demand from a different mobile station which has not yet obtained the control program.
