Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for a terminal electrode which conductive paste is dense, has high adhesiveness to an element, shows superior resistance against a plating solution, and is useful in producing a thinner film. SOLUTION: The conductive paste is mainly composed of conductive powder, glass powder, and a vehicle. The content of each component in the glass powder is SiO2of 7-12 wt.%, Al2O3of 11-15 wt.%, B2O3of 15-28 wt.%, BaO of 25-45 wt.%, CaO of 5-15 wt.%, ZnO of 7-25 wt.%, and SiO2+B2O3of 25-35 wt.%.
