The temperature of the flowing coating liquid 501 is kept lower than the boiling point of the solvent by 30°C until it is discharged. By the above, such a phenomenon that the MgO powder becomes easy to coagulate or separate in accordance with the increase of temperature can be prevented by a simple constitution, and an appropriate coating with stable discharging quantity can be performed.
