Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reading apparatus in which a manufacturing cost is reduced by improving the degree of freedom for design of parts, while positioning of a clamper when a disk is held between them or the disk is not held between them can be performed easily, while rattle sound can be reduced in a state in which a disk is not loaded. SOLUTION: The reading apparatus 1 is provided with a deck main body 2 in which an opening for inserting and discharging a disk D is provided, a turntable 9 rotation-driving the disk D, a clamper 13 abutting to the surface of the disk D and pressing the disk D, a clamper holding frame 14 holding the clamper 13, a driving means 15 moving the clamper holding frame 14. and a guide member 17 guiding the clamper holding frame 14 to the direction being separated from the turntable 9.
