Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passage management device for improving responding performance to the operation of a user. SOLUTION: An ID authentication device 2 is provided with a passage management control part 2a for controlling the locking and unlocking of an electric lock 4 and a cache part 2b. When an ID number is read by an ID reader 3, the passage management control part 2a requests passage validity/invalidity information to a data management device 1, and decides whether to issue a locking signal based on the passage validity/invalidity information. The cache part 2b stores the passage validity/invalidity information transmitted from the data management device 1 to the passage management control part 2a. The passage management control part 2a decides whether or not the passage validity/invalidity information has been registered in the cache part 2b before requesting the passage validity/invalidity information to the data management device 1.
