IMPEDANCE MEASUREMENT DEVICE FOR SURFACE MOUNTING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance measurement device capable of precisely measuring a low impedance of a surface mounting electronic component. SOLUTION: This impedance measurement device is provided with first and second measurement terminals 5a and 5b connected to a balanced bridge type impedance analyzer, a fixing base 4 hodling the first and second measurement terminals 5a and 5b on the same face, and a pressing body 3 pressing the surface mounting electronic component 1 having first and second external terminals exposed on the same face to the first and second measurement terminals 5a and 5b. The impedance measurement device is also provided with an insulative elastic sheet body, which is arranged between the first and second external terminals and the first and second measurement terminals 5a and 5b, and an anisotropic conductive sheet 6 formed of a plurality of conductive wires passing through the elastic sheet, and the conductive wires are tilted according to deformation of the pressed anisotropic conductive sheet 6.
