SHEARING PANEL TYPE DAMPER MOUNTING STRUCTURE TO STRUCTURE AND SHEARING PANEL TYPE DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems in a conventional damper mounting structure wherein since the damper web of a shearing panel type damper is mounted on a frame lateral beam stackingly on the same plane and a cassette plate, a bending moment other than a shearing force acts on the damper mounting part and the mounting structure is complicated and when the bending rigidity of the frame lateral beam is small, the strength of the frame lateral beam is affected. SOLUTION: The damper web is not stacked on the same plane as the gusset plate but fixedly stacked on the frame (such as the frame lateral beam) of the structure, and the gusset plate is secured to the damper web at right angle or generally right angle. In this case, the shearing panel type damper formed by assembling the damper web with the gusset plate beforehand may used or the damper web and the gusset plate may be installed on the frame lateral beam at site.
