Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound that selectively inhibits PDGF(platelet-derived growth factor) and has both high activity and safety, to provide a method for producing the same, and to provide a pharmaceutical composition using the same. SOLUTION: The nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound is represented by the general formula(I-A). Pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are also provided. Besides, a method for producing the above compound or salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the above compound or salt thereof as active ingredient are provided, respectively.
