Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a bonnet of a vehicle is required to be in an opening condition and time and costs are required to check a monitoring result in a conventional condition monitoring device of a storage battery for a vehicle. SOLUTION: In a lead storage battery, a condition monitoring device of a storage battery is set in an engine room of a vehicle using an engine as a power source and monitors the condition of the storage battery for starting the engine. A condition display part provided to the condition monitoring device is installed in the engine room recognizable from the outside of the vehicle at a position recognizable from the outside of the vehicle, i.e., through a vehicle body, a bonnet and a cooling air intake hole, or through the air intake hole without opening the bonnet closing the engine room.
