Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cushion material having high health improving effect by further improving a sound sleep effect and a bedsore preventing effect of a cushion material such as mattress formed of soft foam body. SOLUTION: A number of holes 111 penetrating in the direction of thickness are provided in the cushion material formed of soft foam body 110, and granular body 120 containing far infrared radiation material is held in the interiors of the holes 111. The diameter of the granular body 120 is set larger than the diameter of the hole 111, so that the granular body 120 pushed in the hole 111 from the surface of the cushion material is fixed to the interior of the hole 11 by contact pressure of the foam body 110. The granular body 120 is held at least in some of a number of holes 111 provided in the mattress, and preferably it is held in the hole 111 corresponding to a position abutting on the effective point of the human body.
