METHOD FOR DETECTING PACKET COLLISION OF RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND RADIO COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop data transmission by detecting collision between a receiving packet from the other terminal and a transmitting packet of the self-terminal to prevent omission of a data packet when a packet is transmitted from the self-terminal MS1 before carrier decision after receiving a packet from the other terminal MS2. SOLUTION: A carrier judgment signal on which delay time d0 of the receiving packet from the other terminal MS2 is superposed is monitored while the self-terminal MS1 transmits the packet and when the collision between the receiving packet from the other terminal MS2 and the transmitting packet of the self-terminal MS1 is detected, transmission of the transmitting data is stopped. When the carrier decision signal of the receiving packet is output from the other terminal MS2 within the delay time d1 of the transmitting packet of the self-terminal MS1, it is judged as packet collision.
