CHARGING TERMINAL MOUNTING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability in order to prevent occurrence of contact failures without deformation even by long time use while reducing manufacturing costs in a charging terminal mounting structure. SOLUTION: The charging terminal 20 is formed into a nearly U-shaped cross-section by mutually-opposing first/second support pieces 21, 22 and contact pieces 23 for coupling them. An insertion hole 21a for mounting to a stud 17 and an engaging groove recess engaged with an engaging protrusion 16a are provided to the first support piece 21 inserted through a long hole 13 of a lower case 2. An engaging hole 22a engaged with an engaging protrusion 19 provided to the bottom 5 inside the lower case 2 is provided to the second support piece 22 inserted through a long hole 14 of the lower case 2. A part 22b on the side of the contact piece 23 of the second support piece 22 is exposed from the bottom 5 of the lower case 2. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
