KEY TELEPHONE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key telephone system which easily confirms an outside line on hold to be responded to. SOLUTION: When extension line communication between a key telephone set 2 wherein the outside line is put on hold and another key telephone set 2, is performed, a voice recording means 13b of a main control part 13 records the extension line communication. The recorded data are stored in a main storage part 14 corresponding to the outside line on hold. When an outside line button indicating the holding state of the other key telephone set 2 is pressed, a reproduction means 13c reproduces the recorded data made to be associated with the outside line on hold and outputs voice data to the other key telephone set 2. Thus, the user of the other key telephone set 2 can confirm whether the outside line on hold corresponding to the pressed outside line button is the outside line on hold to be responded to.
