Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a desired vibration component is difficult to be extracted because of an influence of a low-frequency component, in analysis of an analytical-objective signal having a trend component and the vibration component. SOLUTION: The trend component is found in the analytical-objective signal by a trend component extraction means. The obtained vibration component is wavelet-analyzed to obtain a scalogram. The maximum value of the scalogram is found to extract a vibration period of the analytical-objective signal.
