Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise suppressor for suppressing noise even if a sufficient underfloor space is not secured. SOLUTION: The noise suppressor comprises a blow duct 12 formed of glass wool. A down-blow air-conditioner 10 is arranged on the upper part of the blow duct. A blower 10a of the down-blow air-conditioner is communicated with the inside of the blow duct via an opening 12a1 formed at the upper face of the blow duct. The noise suppressor also comprises a straightening vane 14 arranged immediately under the opening in the blow duct for changing the direction of blown air fed from the blower downward to a vertical direction into a horizontal direction, and sound absorbing materials 18 pasted to upper and lower faces of a blow portion of an underfloor space.
