Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduction gear capable of withstanding a large thrust load while maintaining compactness. SOLUTION: In this reduction gear for reducing speed of power inputted from an input shaft and transmitting power whose speed is reduced to an output shaft 140, the output shaft 140 is provided with a carrier (a flange part) 124, an output shaft cover 174 through which the output shaft 140 passes is fixed on a casing of the reduction gear, and radial bearings 126, 130 supporting radial load of the output shaft 140 and a thrust bearing 128 supporting thrust load of the output shaft are arranged between the flange part in the axial direction of the output shaft 140 and the output shaft cover 174 to constitute the reduction gear.
